1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and namastoto ("Platform" or "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service or game provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after we notify you of any changes to the terms will be considered your acceptance of the latest updated version.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the namastoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list for this platform.
• Complying with all applicable local laws at the location from which you access the platform.

3Account Registration and Verification

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at Namastoto. Registration of multiple accounts by the same user — whether using different identities, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Accurate Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and banking details. Namastoto is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, Namastoto carries out an identity verification (KYC) process that must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires a copy of a valid identification document and proof of payment method. It only needs to be done once and protects your account from unauthorized access.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Namastoto's support team immediately.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

All deposits at Namastoto are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of payment methods including FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

• The minimum deposit amount is as displayed on the platform's deposit page.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Namastoto does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Any attempt to deposit funds through unauthorized means may result in account closure.

5Withdrawal of Wins

All withdrawals will be processed within 24 business hours after the request is submitted and KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.

Withdrawal Terms

• The KYC process must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Namastoto reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before processing large withdrawals.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Cancellation

Unprocessed withdrawal requests can be cancelled by members through the account management page. Cancelled funds will be returned to your account balance immediately.

6Bonus and Promotion Terms

Namastoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus has specific terms displayed alongside the offer. The following are general terms that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement value and validity period are stated separately in each bonus's terms.

Betting Limits While a Bonus is Active

• Some bonuses may impose a maximum bet amount while the bonus is active.
• The game types eligible to fulfill bonus wagering requirements are specified in the respective bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.

7Game Rules

All games at Namastoto use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Game results confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected bet will be voided and the funds returned to the member's account.
• Namastoto reserves the right to void bets placed based on inaccurate information resulting from a technical error.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Activities

The following is a list of prohibited activities on the Namastoto platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

1. Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
2. Using a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
3. Depositing or attempting to deposit funds from illegal sources.
4. Using automated software or tools to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
6. Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorized advantage.
7. Launching any cyberattacks or attempting to access the system without authorization.
8. Abusing the bonus system in ways that go against the intent of a promotion.

9Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Member

You may close your Namastoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements must be met or the related bonus will be forfeited. Remaining funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met the requirements) will be returned to your original payment method.

Suspension or Closure by Namastoto

Namastoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. In such cases, funds in the account will be held pending completion of an investigation.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account controls section or by contacting support. 10Liability Limits

Namastoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or unavoidable technical failures.
• Financial losses due to unauthorized account access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Any loss arising from an internet connection failure or device issue on the member's end.

In cases where Namastoto's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to an amount not exceeding your most recent deposit.

11Privacy and Data Protection

Namastoto respects member privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these terms.

In short, we collect only the information necessary for platform operations and identity verification. We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Namastoto reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties will be referred to a dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.
